RÖNTGEN MEMORIAL ROOM. On December 9, 1923, Professor Ernst Wagner, an assistant doctoral candidate and one of Röntgen's successors, opened an "Röntgen memorial room" in the Physics Institute. This "Röntgen memorial room" was dissolved in the 1950s. Since 1985, the Röntgen memorial has been set up and open to the public.
