The icon of Saint Catherine follows the Cretan type of the Saint, that was composed by Cretan artists during the post-Byzantine period. The Saint is dressed like a princess and bears a Frankish crown, elements that remind us of Angelos' icon with the Virgin and Saint Catherine that is exhibited in the Monastery's Great Treasury as well. The work was cleaned and preserved by Photis Zachariou.

- Περιγραφή: Η εικόνα της Αγίας Αικατερίνης ακολουθεί τον κρητικό εικονογραφικό τύπο της Αγίας που αποκρυσταλλώθηκε από Κρήτες ζωγράφους της υστεροβυζαντινής περιόδου. Η Αγία φέρει πριγκιπικά ενδύματα και φράγκικο στέμμα, στοιχεία που θυμίζουν την εικόνα του ζωγράφου Αγγέλου με την Παναγία και την Αγία Αικατερίνη, που επίσης εκτίθεται στο Μέγα Θησαυροφυλάκιο της Μονής. Το έργο καθαρίστηκε και συντηρήθηκε από τον Φώτη Ζαχαρίου.
