Maltese cross followed by alphabet; floral band; field of isolated motifs, all contained within a curving floral border. "1824" in blue in the center. The date and the "Art Nouveau" motifs on the left contain mercerized cotton. The sampler may have been started at one date and completed many years later. Note resemblance to 1981-28-8 and 1981-28-33.
