Samuel Coleridge-Taylor

This photograph of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor was taken in the seaside resort of Bournemouth. The composer conducted a performance of his 'Symphony in A minor' the town on 30th April 1900, so this photograph was perhaps taken on that occasion. Coleridge-Taylor would have been twenty four on this occasion.
