This 'Members Ticket', supposedly issued by the fictitious 'Society of Disunited Militant Suffragettes', satirises the suffragette campaign. Commercially produced it was purchased on 11 May 1913 from a street trader in Ludgate Hill and represents growing public intolerance towards the militant tactics of the suffragettes.
