Seen here is a 1931 Commander sedan outside of the South Bend's Scherman-Schaus Studebaker dealership. Scherman-Schaus later became Scherman-Schaus-Freeman when Vic Freeman joined the firm, and utlimtaely Freeman-Spicer after Vic's son-in-law, Eli Spicer, signed on.
