School Corridor

School Corridor depicts an ordinary corridor in the high school affiliated with the CAFA. However, because of the dramatic use of perspective, the large area of shadows and the mysterious relationship between the figures, this painting exudes a sense of surrealism. The coloration and the arrangement of the subjects reveals the vitality and fledgeling skill of young artists in the early 1990s, like a breath of fresh air.
