Schöner Saal (beautiful hall)

The “Schöne Saal” (beautiful hall): It's furnishing can be understood as the first step on the way to the museumisation of the house. The figure of a limewood swan decorated with silver leaves can be found. The walls are decorated with twelve life-size full portraits of the painter Christoph Ernst Rothe.
