In this bottle ceramic sculpture represents the head of the mythological hero Ai Apaec Mochica (named after Rafael Larco, Muchik language term meaning "the maker") characterized by wearing earmuffs belt and snake fangs into his face, and a headdress that varies according to the context in which it is located as part of his quest, as he travels through different worlds performing their heroic deeds. In this case, it has touched because he has lost in combat with other mythological creature, and has entered the world of the ancestors. This is also indicated because her face is ghastly. (UH)
En esta botella escultórica de cerámica se representa la cabeza del héroe mitológico Mochica Ai Apaec (así llamado por Rafael Larco, término que en lengua Muchik significa “el hacedor”) caracterizado por llevar cinturón y orejeras de serpientes, colmillos en el rostro, y un tocado que varía de acuerdo al contexto en el cual se encuentre como parte de su gesta, ya que él viaja por los diferentes mundos realizando sus hazañas heroicas. En este caso, no lleva tocado porque lo ha perdido en el combate con otros ser mitológico, y ha ingresado al mundo de los ancestros. Esto también está indicado porque su rostro es cadavérico. (UH)
