THE PROGENITRIX (51x39 cm) – is the only figural representation of all divine being with the details that contribute to gender attribution. Head with the human face is separate the body by neck, and the body is polygonal rounded and closed without lower limbs (as is the case with all of figurative sculptures in Lepenski Vir). The breasts are covered in front with the laid hands, and symbolic representation of female reproductive organ, it would seem, attributing the female human being. (6300 – 5900 BC)
