Seated Couple

"If you look at society in Africa, family is the basis of everything. We respect ancestors. If you need counsel, you come to someone older than you. We believe dead people have the power to help us to communicate with God. In my village we would keep a couple like this in a special building or inside the hall of a house and talk to it if sick or in need."
