The Khalili Collections

At the top are diagrammatic representations of the tombs of the Prophet Muhammad and the caliphs Abu Bakr and 'Umar, as well as the Prophet's mihrab and minbar. The text attests that the pilgrim in question (who is not named) has visited the rawdah in the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, where he prayed twice, before visiting the tomb of the Prophet, as well as those of Abu Bakr and 'Umar, the garden of Fatimah and the Baqi' cemetery.
