Seiko bell-matic

Spring driven with lever escapement. 17 jewels. Day and date indicator. Alarm. Automatic winding. Caliber Seiko 4006A.
On the outside of the dial there is ring for setting the alarm clock that rotates with a pulled out crown. By the crown there is a button that starts or stops ringing. At the 3 o'clock position there is a date and day indicator.
Caliber 4006A has automatic winding and manual winding of the alarm clock, and was made with 17 or 27 jewels.
