Kelimu·Nasierding (1947-2014), Uygur, graduated from the Art Department of the Central Academy of Nationalities in 1967, then graduated from the Graduate School of Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1981, and went to the Lu Xiaguang Painting Studio of Paris International Art City in 1988 for further study. He was president of Xinjiang Academy of Painting, vice chairman of Xinjiang Association of Fine Arts, director of China Artists Association, executive director of China Oil Painting Society, and representative of the Eighth National People's Congress. His representative works include Messilev, Hami Messilev, Doran Messilev, Farmer's Joy - Messilev, Lullaby, Yutian Man, Mother, Daughter, Xiatiguri, Ancient Road Fair, Spring of Tianshan (Large Fresco), Donggui (Large Fresco), etc. He published "Kerim Oil Paintings Collection", "Kerim", "Twenty Chinese Oil Paintings - Kerim", "Abdul Kremlin Nasreddin Works Collection" and other special collections. He has been awarded as "Young and Middle-aged Experts with outstanding contributions throughout the country" and "Excellent Experts of Xinjiang Autonomous Region". In 2005, he became an expert member of the World Educational, Scientific and Health Organization. In the same year, he was awarded the Golden Medal of the First Batch of Special Contributions of 100 Chinese and Foreign Experts by the World Educational, Scientific and Health Organization. He has been recorded in Chinese Art Series, Complete Works of Chinese Oil Painting in the Twentieth Century, Contemporary Chinese Oil Painting Art and World Celebrity List.
