The stong traditional social systems in traditional societies have evolvement in this modern life due to transitional changes of modernity. This is the result of the falling of traditions. The sacred bilum is now being used by the ordinal class individuals at any modern day activities. Bilum dressing is common among school age youth that were not allowed to use in the past. The wayforward or stance is the sacred bilum must be used in these activities in order to preserved and most importantly safeguard it as very valuable cultural item with its intangible cultural knowledge for present and future generations.
