11th Light Horsemen Jim Lingwoodock and John Geary and brides at their wedding prior to embarkation. Jim Lingwoodock married Daisy Roberts. The 11th Light Horse Regiment enlisted over 20 Aboriginal men, mostly from Western Queensland and Western New South Wales. Service no. 2433 Private James Lingwoodock enlisted 18 July 1917, and service no. 2429 Private John Geary enlisted 14 August 1917.
