Seth Tibbott is an American legend in entrepreneurship. Seth started his food entrepreneurial journey as a tempeh maker living in a tree house next to a river in Hood River, Oregon. After more than 10 years of frugal tempeh-making life, Seth's business skyrocketed with his inventive product Tofurky, a vegan turkey for Thanksgiving. The name has been kept as the name of his now gigantic company Tofurky Inc.
