Sheet of 3 1/2 M stamps commemorating the settlement of Finnish immigrants in the Delaware River Valley 300 years ago, "Swede-Finn Co-operation in Colonization" dark brown stamp (Scott 214). In a leather album with a painted coat of arms on the cover with the stamp design and a copy of a letter of authorization for the issue of the stamp to the Board of Posts and Telegrams from Hannes Ryömä, Minister of Communications and Public Works. Autographed by FDR and Kyòsto Kaillio on the title page, "Franklin D. Roosevelt / The White House / 1938," and "Kyòsto Kallio" "Hannes Ryömä." Enclosed in the album are two copies of a typed memo regarding the history of the album. Stamps issued by the Government of Finland. Presented to FDR on June 1, 1938, by the Kyòsto Kallio, President of the Republic of Finland. FDR Library Museum Collection, MO 1941.37.9.
