Princess Sinta is a daughter of prabu Janaka, king of Mantili’s Kingdom. She is believed to be the incarnation of Goddess Widowati, wife of god Vishnu. Indeed, she is so beautiful, Shinta is a faithful lady, Jatmika (Javanese) means manners, and holy trilaksita (Javanese) means just as beautiful as her face, she is beautiful in speech, mind, and heart. Princess Shinta married to Rama Wijaya, after Rama won the contest to lift the bow of Lord Shiva in Mantili’s kingdom.
