The shrine had a wooden core, which was decorated with 27 bone panels in Scandinavian style. The panels show intricate animals and masks and are riveted on and fastened with gilded bronze strips, which ended on the top of the shrine in carved animal heads. Presumably the bones of the holy Cordula (d. 435) were stored in the shrine of Kamień Pomorski. It was located in the St. John the Baptist Cathedral in Kamień Pomorski until the end of World War II and has since been lost.
