Toque of velvet covered in mesh embroidered with fringed roundels of jet beads; dome-shaped crown in draped velvet; front edged in four rows of large faceted jet beads; back of hat features three large loops of 2 1/2" wide ribbon; PL side features wing-like wired element covered in large diamond-shaped and small round jet beads; lined in black silk with tape drawstring at center crown.
