a) Small clusters of green carnations and tan leaves arranged in a medallion of a sheaf of wheat in white outline. Medallion forms a motif in a diagonal effect. Between them are clusters of five broken lines close together running in vertical lines. The glazed field shows in the medallions and parallel lines; b) Moss rose design in soft colors mixed with sprays of tiny leaves and berries. Embossed field is composed of tiny circles. On margin is printed: "A.W.P.M.A., 472-3"; c,d) M.H. Birge paper with column of daisies on tan ground, from the 1903-04 Birge catalog.
