Military motifs. Eagle, with wings spread, halo of stars about head, grasping bundle of arrows. A banner is draped about the eagle's neck, with motto: "E Pluribus Unum". Beneath the eagle is a rose branch with many roses. Other emblems include cannons, feather plumes, military helmets, banners, flags. Printed in varnished green, red and yellow on a black ground.
