Silver spoon, Melbourne Cricket Club membership fob affixed to handle - season 1946/47

Silver spoon with small bowl and handle with a simple line decoration which flares out to finish with an angular end. Stamped on the back is text including GROSVENOR DELPHIC E.PN.S.and A1. Attached to the end is a small badge, formerly a membership fob, which is made of gold-coloured metal and coloured enamel. The front bears the words, "MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB", the letters MCC intertwined, and years 46 and 47. The back has text including, "SEASON ENDS 31st AUG. 1947 / COUNTRY", with the rest covered by the spoon handle to which the badge is attached.
