Sir Isaac Shoenberg - Inventor of Television

Peter Shoenberg, grandson of Sir Isaac Shoenberg, discusses his grandfather’s significance in the invention of television, his shunning of press and his overseeing the team at the EMI Central Research Laboratory. Sir Isaac Shoenberg lead the team at Marconi-EMI that invented all-electric television, which won the competition for the world’s first high definition television service at Alexandra Palace.
