Red roadster with skeleton passenger and a group of students dressed as doctors march in the 1953 May Day Parade on Main Street in Moscow, Idaho. The roadster is open topped and decorated with blue and white streamers. The skeleton wears a hat and scarf. Signage on the roadster appears to read "1951-52, We Gave Till We Were Dry, 2672 pints", and "Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Med(?) Honorary". A man in a robe sits behind the skeleton. Two men dressed as doctors carry a stretcher with a skeleton covered with a white blanket and yellow roses. A woman dressed as a nurse carries a jar filled with red fluid. A man dressed as a doctor with a stethescope and medical bag walks beside the stretcher. The sign on his bag is unreadable. They are followed by a baby carriage decorated with pink paper and gold accents with large white paper flags attached to the top. The text on the flags is unreadable. There is a sign on the back of the baby carriage that appears to read "Radio TV Guild". The baby carriage is pushed by a woman in a black top and a gold formal skirt and a white hat with a feather on it. She is accompanied by to small children and a man in a jacket. Building in background located at 112 North Main, people line the street. Signs that can be seen in the background appear to read "B.P.O.E." (Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks".
