Skirt front panel of ivory silk satin, seamed down the center front, with a slit for a pocket and a tie closure. Embroidered in polychrome silks with various flowers including tulip, rose, carnation, columbine, and others, with stems worked in silver and gold thread. Border at bottom of scalloped shaped frame to flowers worked in gold thread. At the center bottom, a shield-shaped medallion framed by feathers and with a plumed helmet at the top; inside the medallion is a bull with a star above his head. At the top edge, silver lace and soft ruching, and the remains of green raw silk tie tapes; lined with white linen.
