Ground-breaking, difficult, imaginative and greatly influenced by punk aesthetics, Antonio Alvarado presented his first collection in 1974. Versatile in the extreme, his creativity has enabled him to explore various terrains, from tailoring to the design of wrist watches. In his creations, joyful colours that inject large doses of irony take precedence. Alvarado believes in a casual and urban woman, brimming with an innocent sexuality. In this case, he is inspired by the preppy wear of American university students.
