Woman's slippers of novelty woven straw and horsehair with bright red silk; square toe, body of shoe comprised of various weaves; tip of toe is solid straw; remainder of toe with filigree coiled straw, vertical rows of horsehair and central diamond of flattened straw; wide band of solid straw just above; rosette of coiled straw and thread with bow of bright red silk at throat; sides with solid straw bands, filigree straw and woven horsehair; top edge with coiled straw in circular formations overlaid with diagonal strips of flat straw; lining of bright red silk; flat, narrow leather sole, straights.
