The installation is a complex network that reveals the construction of an identity of American greatness that emphasizes value through leisure and competition. The Society of 23 brotherhood is informed by the anxieties of living in a very real and actual American culture that continues to fail and dismiss bodies and stories like the artist's own. Society of 23’s Trophy Game Room is a celebratory space where the brothers can rejoice in their greatness and invite the public to witness this human experience.
