Softail Slim

The Softail® line, a success since 1984, was retooled for the 2018 model year. From 1984 to 2017, Softail rear suspension was achieved with twin shock absorbers hidden underneath the chassis. Now, it was a single monoshock underneath the seat, retaining the appearance that enthusiasts sought. The modern H-D® cruiser can trace its origins back to the EL models of the 1930s, but with the technology and engineering of today.
