Solar Station

Walk the planetary walk from the Deutsches Museum to Tierpark Hellabrunn, Munich’s zoo. The walk starts in the Deutsches Museum courtyard. The sun station with the large sphere of the sun stands here. Following the stations of Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, you follow a 4.5km walk along the east bank of the Isar River to the station for Pluto at the entrance to the zoo.

What time is it anyway? When the sun is shining, you can read the time on the sundial on the ground in the Museum courtyard.
