'Dampha' is a percussion instrument, made of leather, wood and bamboo. 32 sticks are used to secure and tighten the leather. The origin of this instrument is dedicated to Peng Dorje, a Tamang King from Nepal, and is used by the Tamang community to play Tamang selo.
