Tera Jana Dil is a song from the 1959 movie Anari starring Raj Kapoor,Nutan, Shubha Khote.The music of the song was given by Shankar—Jaikishan.The lyrics were penned by Shailendra.

Anari is the story of an honest man Raj who is unable to make ends meet in his life. One day he finds a wallet full of money and decides to give it back to the owner, who then inturn decides to employ Raj, given his honesty. He then meets Asha who he falls in love with. Soon his life falls apart when he is accused of killing his landlady. Knowing of being falsly accused he escapes the law in order to prove his innocence.
