South View of the Bank

A view of Threadneedle Street looking west towards Mansion House.

Various pedestrians, horses and riders and carriages can be seen on the street. On the right is the main entrance to the Bank of England, erected by architect George Sampson, supported on either side by architect Robert Taylor's wings.
