Space food

Today's space station menus provide a wide range of foods, including cosmonauts' favourites such as liver stroganoff with mashed potatoes, caviar, cottage cheese, green soup and chicken in white sauce. Shown here is porridge oats with peaches. Early menus were far simpler, including bread and tubes of soup.
