Carpet made at the end of the 16th century in Cuenca. It belongs to the series called “brocades”, name that comes from the imitation of Renaissance fabrics and ornamented leathers. They usually have two colors, in this case brown and green, that are not very common. The density of the threads is typical of the ones called “entrefina” for the quality among luxury items.
