Luxury company Fendi pioneered the “It” bag phenomenon with its “Baguette” bag of the 1990s. The “Baguette” often featured 18 carat gold hardware and intricate brocades or jacquards. Given this heritage, the choice of denim for this “Spy” bag seems a bit out of character, but Silvia Venturini Fendi is known for her playful approach. She is not afraid to experiment with high-low combinations.
