Painting on canvas depicting St Francisco Xavier and St Caetano. According to the documentation attached to the acquisition process, this painting would have come from the Theatine Convent or from the adjoining church of Our Lady of Divine Providence, commonly known as the Convent and Church of St Caetano. Saint Caetano was the founder of the order of the Theatines. This picture may have been painted in Goa by one of the monks of the order, to show that there was no animosity between the Theatines and the Jesuits.
