Stamp "Pintadera"

The function of this piece is to print surfaces with dyes, like human skin, ceramics and textiles, among others. The stamps are widely distributed throughout America, including the Intermediate Area. They have a flat surface and on their back side they have a kind of an appendix or handle to hold it, and its surface is carved with various designs.
