Shiva in samastanaka posture with Chaturbhuja is seen with necklace armlets and other ornaments like padasuras. He holds damaruka and serpent in the upper hands, in the lower left hand a knife while right hand is seen broken. The third eye on four head is seen closed, he also wears Yajnopavita with beaded design and also a nagabandha on waist. His hair fell at the back of the shoulders so as to appears as Jatabhara, Chola, 13th century.
