This image of Tara, standing on a circular lotus pedestal bears floral motifs. The right hand is in varada-mudra (gift bestowing attitude), and in the left she holds the long stalk of a full-blown lotus flower, issuing from the left side of the base. The figure is surrounded by an almost oval aureole (prabhavali) with a flaming border, showing lotus flowers and petals inside. She wears an elaborate headdress with a crest; the garments are diaphanous and have drapery folds.
