Stool

This is a large stool with four legs joined at the bottom by a square. This is the typical "Boni" stool. Made by men who are woodworkers but some are better than others and are regarded as "Fundis". This big stool is made from wood of the "Merwi" tree. Two other trees (Kurag and Sheshublu tree) are used for steelmaking. The colour applied to the stool is obtained from "Kekukwe" tree. The stool is used by everybody and do not separate from men and women.
