Evening dress in pale blue silk moire taffeta; knee-length, slightly longer in back; strapless boned bodice fitted through waist; straight neckline; large center back bow at neckline; no waist seam in front, natural waist seam in back; full bell skirt gathered in back; center back hook-and-eye closure; off-white silk organza facing; off-white grosgrain ribbon waist stay, hook-and-eye closure; multi-layered off-white horsehair and taffeta petticoat, center back zipper and hook-and-eye closures; bodice lined in pale blue silk crepe that extends into slip.
