Court View, street view

A perspective view of Court View is situated on Maharshi Karve Road along Oval Maidan in the Churchgate neighbourhood of South Mumbai. This Art Deco building was previously known as Rusi Court, predominently designed by M. N. Dalal in cooperation with Merwanji, Bana & Co with G. B. Mhatre as consulting architect. G.B. was awarded the work to redesign the elevation of Court View after the construction work had begun.

This heritage property is a part of 'The Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai', a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was inscribed to the list on June 30, 2018.
