STS-123 Mission Specialist Takao Doi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency fixes his glove during suitup for launch on space shuttle Endeavour. The crew will make a record-breaking 16-day mission to the International Space Station. On STS-123, Endeavour and its crew will deliver the first section of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's Kibo laboratory and the Canadian Space Agency's two-armed robotic system, Dextre.
