In a wooden frame. On the back of the backplate prof. Lombardi wrote in pencil: "GBatt. Tiepolo - Family Group". On the recto of the backplate, under the drawing, there is the erased and poorly legible pencil writing: "F [rancesco?] G [ravazzoli?] / Drawing (?)". Giuseppe Cirillo and Giovanni Godi attributed the design to Giuseppe Baldrighi, and they see a self-portrait with the younger daughter on the fortepiano, the eldest daughter in the act of singing, while the male son is assisting.
