Suanplu Chorus Performs within Isara Winitchai Throne Hall

Suanplu Chorus, an acappella group, conducted four performances throughout the duration of the "In Situ from Outside" exhibition with songs which were adapted for Isara Winitchai Throne Hall , including one new in situ composition entitled "Sonoro" which is a product of their personal responses to the Throne Hall, and how those interact both with the site's history and its acoustics. "Sonoro" plays off the natural echos within the room, thus creating a song which appears to emnanate organically from the structure itself.
