Subscription Service: Since the value of homes is shifting towards practicality over investment, the shelter was designed with a service model in mind that allows moves as necessary with one common subscription — rather than buying a home in fixed locations.

Highway mobilization: The shelter is designed to fit a standard truck, bypass highway tollgates and be downloaded with a forklift.

Spatial cognition: Despite the surface size of 21m², the Shelter has 3meter ceiling clearance as to provide spatial breeze and utilitarian flexibility. Extreme climate proof : The shelter was designed for extreme weather by prioritizing insulation and shielding in the overall structure engineering.
