The Suffragette Henrietta Helena Olivia Robarts Fargus and Frank Corbet attempting to speak to the Prime Minister, Herbert Asquith in Downing Street. On the far right walks the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Sir Edward Grey. Edwardian politicians were extremely accessible and 'pestering the politicians' was a favourite tactic of the Suffragettes.
